Attention! Considering the shifting of some subjects in the Professional years of BAMS by NCISM, following has been approved by the competent authority in consultation with the NCISM for the SPARK guide in the 'Sub-clause 3.4' under the 'Clause 3 Procedure' given in the SPARK scheme: 'Any teacher of the Ayurveda College/institute may guide the interested students for SPARK projects, however, the study topic for SPARK project must be within the scope of subjects of particular professional year in which the student is studying'.
Attention! Dear Student, You are requested to Upload the Forwarding letter of the college for Submission of the Selected proposals for SPARK 2024-25. kindly check that all uploaded documents are correct and per the desired format. If any records are found to be incomplete, blank, or inappropriate, the proposal is deemed rejected.
Attention! The Registration will be closed by the 15th November, 2024 at 5 p.m. as per the published timeline. However, the Candidates who have not received their Result/Marksheet of Last Year Examination so far, they may submit the same till 30th November,2024 positively. The SPARK Portal will also remain open exclusively for this purpose only for the Candidates who have already Registered by 15th November, 2024.

Guidelines for Project Submission Kindly read and follow the SUBMISSION GUIDELINES before applying
This program is only for interested Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery (BAMS) students [1st year to 4th year (before appearing in 4th year final exams)] studying in Ayurvedic Medical recognized by NCISM, before they appear in their final exams and therefore, interns/ PG students are not eligible to apply.
The student must carry out the research in his/ her own medical college under the guide who is regular faculty of the medical college. Only permanent full time faculty members working in any of the Department of the Medical College where the student is enrolled can act as the guide. Part time consultants/visiting faculty/ residents/ Tutors/ PG students cannot be the guide.
Only Two student will be allowed to work under one guide. Two or more students are not permitted to work on the same topic in a group. Proposals submitted on the same topic by different students are liable to be rejected outright. The student may have one Guide and other Co-Guides. However, CCRAS will recognize only ONE main Guide for all purposes.
Only Indian National students who are studying in recognized Ayurvedic medical colleges of India can apply. NRI's & Students from foreign institutes are not eligible for this program.
One student can apply in any year of his undergraduate tenure but the studentship can be awarded only two times in different years to one student subject to selection of his application on merits. Read More
